The results of introduction of some Philadelphus L. species in the National Botanical Gardens of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine

Abstract

The paper deals with the history and the data on introduction of 11 species and 5 forms of Philadelphus L. genus in the National Botanical Gardens of Ukraine. The valuation of plants viability under the conditions introduction has been given by the method of integral numerical estimation of visual observations. The prospects of further introduction and cultivation of the species are determined.
