Abstract
The origins of patio roses garden class are observed as a historical process of hybridization and breeding of roses. The modern data concerning ancestral forms from which patio roses inherited valuable in ornamental gardening features such as recurrent flowering, abundance of bloom, winter hardiness are analyzed.
